Modern workplaces now favor people-centered leadership, where managers act as coaches, encourage collaboration, build psychological safety, and use data-driven decision-making. Empathy, emotional intelligence, and purpose-driven culture are replacing hierarchy and command. In short, the future belongs to leaders who inspire and support people—not those who simply give orders.
